Sign Up

Click [Enroll] in the top menu to sign up.

Book a Free Trial Lesson

After signing up, navigate to [Free Trial] → [Apply for a Free Trial], complete the application form, and click [Submit].

Get Matched with a Tutor & Start Your Lessons

After payment, enter the [1:1 Lesson Room] and start your trial lesson.

04.

Review Your Lesson Feedback

After your trial lesson, check your lesson feedback.

05.

Make Your Payment

From the dashboard, click [Enroll] in the left menu and complete your payment for regular lessons.

Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling

☞ Single Lesson Cancellation

You can request to cancel a lesson through the “My Lessons” menu.
The cancellation policy is as follows:


[Lesson Deduction & Penalty Policy]

Cancellation 6 hours before the lesson
: No lesson deduction

Cancellation 3–6 hours before the lesson
: 1 penalty will be applied
(If 2 penalties accumulate, 1 lesson will be deducted)

Cancellation within 3 hours before the lesson
: 1 lesson will be deducted

No-show (absence without notice)
: 1 lesson will be deducted


[Maximum Number of Single Lesson Cancellations per Package]

For packages with 2 lessons per week
: Up to 2 days

For packages with 3 lessons per week
: Up to 3 days

For packages with 5 lessons per week
: Up to 5 days

☞ Long-Term Lesson Suspension

Lessons may be suspended for up to one year.
However, matching with the same instructor after resuming lessons is not guaranteed.

☞ Holiday Lesson Policy

[Public Holidays in the Student’s Country]

Langolingu provides lessons as scheduled even on public holidays.

If you wish to cancel a lesson, the student must cancel it directly through the lesson dashboard at least 6 hours before the lesson begins.


[Public Holidays in the Instructor’s Country]

On public holidays in the instructor’s country, instructors may occasionally take a day off.

In such cases, students will be notified in advance, and the lesson will be rescheduled or a make-up lesson will be arranged.

No-Show Policy

If a student does not enter the classroom or cannot be contacted within the time limits below after the scheduled lesson start time, the lesson will be considered a no-show, and one lesson will be deducted from the student’s remaining lessons.


[No-Show Determination & Lesson Deduction Criteria]

25-minute lesson
: If the student has not entered the classroom or made contact within 10 minutes after the lesson start time

50-minute lesson
: If the student has not entered the classroom or made contact within 20 minutes after the lesson start time

Late Arrival Policy

If a student notifies the instructor in advance that they may be late, either before the lesson begins or within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the instructor will wait until the student enters the lesson room and the lesson will proceed normally once the student joins.


How to Notify a Late Arrival

Additionally, if a student enters the lesson within the last 5 minutes before the scheduled end time, and the actual lesson time is less than 5 minutes, the lesson will still be considered a completed lesson.

When a Lesson Cannot Be Conducted

If a lesson is disrupted due to the following reasons, the lesson will be rescheduled, and a ₩3,000 equivalent coupon will be provided.

  • When the lesson is disrupted due to a mistake by a manager or instructor

  • When the lesson cannot proceed due to a system or program error

  • When a natural disaster occurs in the country where the student or instructor resides
    (e.g., floods, earthquakes, power outages, etc.)

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following policy:

  • Before one-third of the total course hours have been completed
    → Refund of two-thirds of the paid tuition

  • Before one-half of the total course hours have been completed
    → Refund of one-half of the paid tuition

  • After one-half of the total course hours have been completed
    No refund will be issued

Tutor Change

If you feel that the lesson content or your current instructor is not the right fit for your learning needs, you may request a consultation through Customer Support, and we will assist you in changing your instructor.

Trial Lesson

A 25-minute trial lesson is available for $5

Writing Feedback Service

Submissions that exceed the maximum word limit defined for each language and service cannot be accepted.
Unused feedback credits do not carry over to the following month.
